So friend of mine bought 10€ PaySafe Card and wants to buy GW2 which is on sale now. Sadly when confirming the order, an error shows up which says “Payment Authorization Failed”

Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Yes i do, and i don’t know what to do … my friend is so excited and his gaming experience is already bad.. because he cannot login while he watch twitch live stream So silent and sad :/

I noticed it doesnt work for country SLOVENIA, where we are from,… i’ve made account under country AUSTRIA which is close to us, and we could pass to payment window… i just wonder… will they fix it, or should i just register under AUSTRIA ?

It’s not only for Slovenia, doesnt work for Poland either

maybe its for europe cause Greece cant either.
Could the system be overloaded?

I got a reply from Anet support that the paysafecard option is not available in my country (slovenia) but then why noone else works?

I can confirm paysafe method in Greece does not work either.
Nothing pops up and it says "Payment Authorization Failed”

I’m a bit concerned because i couldn’t find any information that Paysafe card option is unavaliable in any of these countries / EU

Indeed since we have the option to buy it and use it on other sites it makes no sense to me.
