One of my friends has changed the old phone number that got the sms with the login code. Now he can not enter the game, although he has bought his original game and has an 80-year-old archer. You want to play with him but the changed phone number can not enter. Please help me because you do not want to lose your character.

If your friend can not log-in, he/she can submit a ticket anonymously to the CS Team for assistance.

We can not open a new ticket for anyone else because they will not let us enter the user. As everywhere you ask for a phone call, we can not get anywhere to get the old phone number out of the box.

What do you mean by “they will not let us enter the user”? If you mean you can’t log in, that doesn’t matter. You can submit a ticket anonymously. Just go to the link provided above, and then click on the text that reads “submit your ticket anonymously”. Your friend will need to provide as much information as possible.
