Ok, 1st of all I am very frustrated. not sure if this is even the right place to type this but I dont know where to type it…
So the story: I do dungeon farms with my friend and we solo TA to later sell it ofc. Twice today we got scammed and kicked out of our own dungeon buy people who represented them selves as customers. TWICE! I spend 45min running a dungeon to make a few gold just so that a scam player enter kick me and my friend and take our earned reward! ITS CRAZY!!!! Of course I report them but obviously that is not enough for me. I need to no the process and the banning duration for this kind of a behavior. I dont wanna click a button and think that the issue is resolved. I want a person with which I can talk this about not a AI telling me “Thank you for your report!” I wanna know that the issue is resolved. All I yearn at this point is an answer from a Admin team or any one close who is on the banning and reviewing system. I play this game just like any body else having fun with friend witch is the core point of this game, but that can’t happen if other players like this keep ruining my fun! So please if any one from the Admin team or anything similar could at least respond to this message and at least post a reassurance that matter is delth with and for how long, whats the punishment, ect……

Sorry for the long ranting I just hope there is some one reading and dealing with this.

First of all naming and shaming is against forum rules so you will need to edit those names out of your post or you risk an infraction and your post being deleted. Secondly, Anet does not discuss actions taken against accounts with anyone but the account owner. So you are not likely to get an answer to your request.

This is how you know if they did anything.

Add them to friends list.

Have a friend or alt account " strike up a friendship with them"
Chat with them daily.

Its rather easy to see if they were banned for any appreciable amount of time. simply by observing if they log on daily (assuming you log on daily)

This is the risk you run with attempting to sell dungeon paths.

So now I’m 4G less in my pocket and got reported for something I didn’t do -_-

Devs give me some clarification is it against the rules to buy a dungeon path?
It’s not the way its meant to be used we all know that but is it against the rules?
And this dungeon scamming how can this be put to a halt or what can we do to stop it?

Buying and selling dungeon runs is not against the rules. However it remains a buyer/seller beware situation.

As for the person that reported you as long as you did not do anything wrong you fine. False reports can actually cause the person doing such to be actioned against.

As mentioned in the link I posted above, it is reportable but sometimes difficult for Anet to validate the scam. Reporting under scamming is the proper way to do so.

If you peruse the Stickies above (I think it may be located in the FAQ Sticky), PMing Devs is frowned upon. Thus, if you receive no reply, do not be surprised.
