Basically we invite each other to party we both level 31 – 32 and we cant see each other in game but we can see each other on mini maphow do we fix this? my game isnt full downloaded so im downloading it right now but i dont know how to fix it if it isnt the download thing!!%!#!@ HELP!@%!#! ( HE IS EU IM NA but that shouldnt matter)

Players from different regions can not play together. You must either both be from NA, or both from EU. One of you can delete all characters and transfer at no cost, once every 7 days.

If you upgraded your account from F2P to a HoT account, you’ll have one free server transfer, so you don’t need to delete any characters if that’s the case.

Other option is to pay for a server transfer with gems.

No, but it is a no-cost option. You can transfer with Gems, either acquired with cash or in-game Gold.

Though, usually, when one is in the process of ‘downloading the game’, the account is rather new and the character(s) are of a low level.

Of course, Play4Free accounts may not have any choice with which World they are assigned, and can not transfer. I’ve no idea if they can choose the region.

As noted above, upgrading from a Play4Free account includes one transfer, still with the 7-day cooldown.
