Guild Wars 2

Yesterday comes out of the game and left my char named “Ellys Alvares” in the Pavilion, while trying input the char this morning, the game gets stuck in input screen and loses connection to the server.
The other players, do I get play normally, but this in particular are stuck.
Please correct this problem, I thank the attention.

I managed to release the char as follows.
I logged another player and entered the pavilion, I logged the char that was locked and entered.
I do not know if in the mean time, someone from the support fixed something, but what matters is that solved the problem.
