I realize this has been solved in another thread, I went through that thread trying EVERYTHING, until just giving up, and deleting everything. Something was wrong, I tried to uninstall via the Control Panel, and even trying to do THAT brought this error up. How is that possible?

I just want to play GW2 again, and I don’t know what to do. I deleted everything. EVERYTHING. Willing to sit through another 2-3 hour patch process, so I went into my account, re-downloaded the setup client, all seemed well, but only for about 1-2 seconds. It showed the patcher, and files starting to download for maybe 5 seconds, then it disappeared, and that popped up again. I’ve tried everything, I don’t know what to do. I’m genuinly freaking out and scared at what is going on. I never had problems running it before, the last time I played was about a month or two ago.

Before anything, did you make sure you sent a support ticket?

I was going to send a support ticket, though as hard as I tried, it wouldn’t seem to let me upload a picture, and there’s a limit to how much I can put in, in terms of text. I tried uploading a jpeg, a png, every picture file type available, it just wouldn’t let me upload it. I certainly couldn’t fit the entire error into a ticket, so I tried to get a more direct answer. I hope I didn’t make a mistake by doing this. >_o

Thanks, for some reason, that program wouldn’t open. I put in a support ticket though, it said something about needing to know the number of it being #130523-000181. I really want to get back into the game, and the only option I currently see is reformatting my harddrive, and that’s the last thing I want to do. I really don’t want to lose everything just because I can’t get back into the game. I’d send this picture, this is the only way I could see to imprint the file for basic viewing:

I…This is really the FIRST time I’ve submitted a ticket with GW2, I can’t seem to find out where my ticket went. It asks me to log in with some support login? I’m kinda lost, it’s not exactly intuitive to..I’m probably just being blind, but is there an easy way to find the ticket I posted since replies are made to it?
