Try to relog or try to do just a daily achievement or get daily chest (that usually worked for every player I know that had that problem recently)
I did it and I got just the chest daily.
Did you got the title “Been there, Done that”?
And try to enter the Chantry of Secrets again and go to the point of interest.

yes, i get the title, and try enter the Chantry of Secrets 8 times, and nothing chest =/
Revisit all the maps/areas (even wvw) starting from “Chantry of Secrets” (and don’t forget to don’t enter in chantry of secrets story mode instance).

Oh God! no results, I am very disappointed with this game =(
There is a bug where, if someone did an area but did not accept the chest for doing it, then they won’t get the reward for 100%.
If visiting each map and the Chantry of Secrets in Bloodtide Coast doesn’t work then you will probably need to contact support.
