I am trying to purchase 5 accounts, I was able to purchase 2 so far but the next always says

“payment authorization failed”

There is no problem on my end of things.

I can also confirm that it’s failing to authorize more than 2 purchases.

Although, when the third attempt was made, I changed the paypal source from credit card to bank account ( after it failed ), and got a message that was successful…….only no serial code was issued.

Sloppy service.

I just got off the phone with my bank and everything is fine on their end, they dont even have a record of them trying to authorize it

I am having the same problem as others, I can’t get other accounts for members of my household. I need two more copies and they will be played on separate PCs. I wanted to purchase them with the discount.

I have perfect credit so that is not the problem. I called the credit card company and they told me there was no attempt to charge anything to my account, so payment was not denied. It is something wrong with the system.

There’s a timeout period.

I can understand why this is in place, but they really should increase the limit past 2 or 3. The resellers/botters that I can only imagine this limitation is in place for is effecting real customers.

i just bought 2 keys with successful but when i’m going to buy a 3rd key it’s say “Payment Authorization Failed”

Same thing just happened to me. Tried to make a purchase through PayPal and it gave me an error message saying “payment authorization failed”, then I tried again and was successful, only to not receive e-mail confirmation through PayPal of payment going through, nor receiving a key to actually activate the account. All I was able to salvage was the Order Number before I accidentally (-_-) closed the browser. Waiting to hear from support about this.

Check your banking records. This also happened to me on one of my first orders. I received the invoice but no key. I also did not get billed for that particular order.

I also did not receive any e-mail whatsoever on the account’s address.

I have checked both PayPal and bank records, nothing seems to have popped up there.

Yeah, Killmaster…

I just simply repurchased it a few hours later and deleted the fake invoice. I’ll keep an eye on my accounts though. There’s always a chance that the extra charge could show up.
