First off this is not rant or cry. This is a good suggestion:
I believe you should go back to phone support,one reason it will make the customer the people that pay your wage feel like you are doing something for them. Do not be like other game companies that do not care about us. Twelve years ago there was a company that made a game called Guild Wars. This was a great game with top-noch support that you could actually call, what happened to you guys? This will take care of some of the issues that take so long to take care of. Email support does not work most of the time they blame you or your computer. Remember a lot of us customer been on a computer longer than most of you. The normal email response is run this program that has nothing to do with the issue at hand, and never solves the problem.
Contact with someone will make it a lot easier for most people. I do not know what you are doing? either outsourcing or what but you see it is not working.
Please Think about this take it to the CEO.
