Please help!
bump for help :<
It might be some of your specs that are weighing you down, not sure. You’re computer looks good though, so I don’t think it’s that.
To help with FPS issues fiddle around with some of the options. If you don’t want to lose the high setting you have set for the environment/world then limit other things, such as the amount of characters you can see loaded in or nameplates. Believe me, limiting how many people pop up on your screen at once can help.
Your computer shouldn’t have any problems with the game, as my laptop has similar stats and does fine. When you get into the boss battles with a ton of people in the same area, hit your escape key, hit options, then hit graphics(it’s the little mountain icon), then click on the pulldown box just above the individual graphic settings and pick ‘best performance’. While this will decrease the visual quality, it will also increase the fps and playability. When you get into an area with less people, just click on that option again and pick ‘autodetect’, and you’ll get better graphics again.
It’s a good option to use as you can do it on the fly at any time in the game.
Also, after you do the ‘best performance’ option, you can experiment with some of the individual graphic options to see which ones you can kick up a bit to increase the graphics quality without too much of a penalty to the fps. A great place to try it is in one of the main cities or in Vigil Keep, as there will be tons of players in those areas, and you can experiment with the graphic options at your leisure with no threat of your character getting into a battle with an npc.
Best of luck!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but afaik integrated graphic cards aren’t very powerful.
Maybe your graphics card is the problem. Try lowering your graphic settings.

Sorry but that’s the nature of the game. More players around, lower you frame rate will be and it’s more of a CPU problem than graphics problem. That said the integrated GPU in the A8-6500 is fairly low end. An upgrade to a low power (due to the limited size power supply in that PC) would improve frame rates outside of zergs but you will still see a major dip in performance in them.

so i should get a new graphics card and power supply? i just cant play gw2 on low settings! its just too pretty! :>
Your specs are on the low-mid range for Guild Wars. The A8 is great, but GW2 is very CPU heavy as it’s not very well optimized.
I recommend during WvW and boss battles, Check the LOD option, turn off shadows and turn down the character model limit to low or lowest. I typically have my character model limit at lowest during player heavy events and turn on Player nameplates. That way you can still see where folks are moving but not necessarily have to see all the models since they just get in the way anyway.
If you want to play on the max settings, you’ll definitely need a better graphics card, or even a dual graphics card setup. A Radeon 7800 or better would work pretty good. You might also experiment with overclocking that cpu.(Be very careful and be sure you know what you’re doing when you do that)
Also be sure you don’t have some memory hog virus software in the background running, like mcafee or nortons.
Also, adubb’s suggestions are very good ones.

would a new graphics card and some more ram help? cpu? whats that?
I would experiment more with your graphic settings in game before shelling out the cash for a new graphics card and memory.

okay thanks!
for all the help! <3
If you really want to upgrade, I would just go with a radeon 7800 or better with at least 2gig of memory on it. Your current setup, with the integrated video gpu shares memory with your motherboard cpu, so that 6gig you have on board is not being totally used by the cpu/motherboard…….if you are able to turn off the integrated video gpu, and then go with a dedicated separate high end video card with it’s own memory, your results in game should be pretty good.
