i rooted my phone(android) last month, but it was failed.
So i recovery my phone and everything was goon including my google authentication app .

And i want log in now but need authentication code, so i installed it and enter the code from google authentication.
But it doesnt work !

what should i do now?

When you installed the app, did you print out/write down the serial code it prompted you to save? If so, then you have nothing to worry about, this serial code will resolve the issue.

Otherwise, you’ll need to contact Customer Support .

No news since October 28th 2014. Question asked straight up! 473 times. 647 days and thread locked..

Haven’t sign in the my guild wars account in a long time
so when i did it told me my password didn’t work
so i reset my password and went to log in and it wanted a code
not sure what that was about read a little more on it and some thing about a 2 step
verification
is there somewhere i can go and to find how to do this and get back into the game

I agree, I am concerned that someone has compromised your e-mail and then your game account, after which s/he added authentication that is locking you out.

Please submit a ticket by clicking “Support” at the top of this page, then “Submit a request” to fill out a ticket. An agent should be able to help you.
