Please help about my mobile Authenticator
When you installed the app, did you print out/write down the serial code it prompted you to save? If so, then you have nothing to worry about, this serial code will resolve the issue.
Otherwise, you’ll need to contact Customer Support .
Haven’t sign in the my guild wars account in a long time
so when i did it told me my password didn’t work
so i reset my password and went to log in and it wanted a code
not sure what that was about read a little more on it and some thing about a 2 step
verification
is there somewhere i can go and to find how to do this and get back into the game

I agree, I am concerned that someone has compromised your e-mail and then your game account, after which s/he added authentication that is locking you out.
Please submit a ticket by clicking “Support” at the top of this page, then “Submit a request” to fill out a ticket. An agent should be able to help you.
