Unfortunately there’s nothing anyone in the forums can do. As you’ve mentioned, you’ve submitted a ticket already, and posted in the 7 Days post.
Make sure you don’t keep sending new tickets as this does slow down the process.
Also, account restoration can take slightly longer than other tickets depending on the circumstances, especially if there’s an account dispute over ownership.
Leave your ticket open, (should be a separate ticket from your cousin’s account which I assume there is since you’ve posted two ticket numbers) don’t make more tickets, and make sure you can prove ownership of your account. I’m sure you’ll be back in Tyria soon.

If the ticket for your friend’s account was submitted by you, there is nothing ANet can do. The account holder has to be the one who submits the ticket and talks with ANet.
I am not sure who sent the tickets based on what you’ve said in your original post.
This is the account of my cousin, the character walked just forgot, and five minutes he suspended the account, send a ticket and we activated the account, but my account tambe was canceled without sight, and neither my activated send a ticket that day with my account, I write with my cousin realized that mine will not let me, I shared computer and my cousin.

Is it just your account that’s suspended? Or is your cousin’s account suspended as well?
Who sent in the tickets for each of the accounts suspended?

You posted 2 ticket numbers. And talk about 2 accounts.
For the ticket that goes with your cousin’s account, did you submit the ticket or did your cousin submit the ticket?
Just update your ticket, and leave your cousin’s ticket out of it. Each case is handled on its own merit.
I understand you are confused about why his account was re-activated, and yours was not, but you can only discuss your own account with the CS Team, as they will not discuss or consider another person’s account when dealing with you.

I know you didn’t suspend the account. None of us players can suspend accounts. Only ANet can.
Your cousin’s account was suspended and is now not suspended. Your cousin can play now if I’m understanding what you’re saying.
Your account is currently suspended and you will have to go through Support to get it unsuspended. There is nothing we on the forums can do to help. Your cousin’s account having been unsuspended has no bearing on whether or not your account will be unsuspended or not.
16 days ago I suspended the account, 16 days ago to send a ticket for service, still waiting for a reply, my cousin who had the problem were the activated in less than one hour, and mine …
And I very highly doubt your cousin submitted a ticket and got unbanned within 1 hour. Not with current wait times being upwards of days to weeks.
And either way, the speed at which your cousin’s account got unbanned has no bearing on how fast yours will get unbanned.
