That name isn’t your login name for guild wars, nor is it your full real name, nor is it a FULL email address. I’m sorry, Anet won’t change it. They have been very clear why they won’t change it.

They might change it in the future, but this is how it is.

If you need an account with that name, perhaps get a free to play account or a cheap, pre HoT account from a gamestore and put that display name on it.

But on this account I have my character, many achievements and purchased extension HoT.
