Can I ask you if you installed the game with your CDRom? if yes then try this:

Easiest way, go search your GW2.exe file (around 15Gb); standard it locate in C:\program files (x84)\GW2 . Make a copy.

Then delete the whole game, go to website download the installation, start the install. And stop the installation, so you don’t need to download the whole 15Gb again, replace the GW2.exe (that 15Gb file), and the problem should solved
