i’ve got problem same anyone i don’t know why

i try ipconfig/renew -flushdns -register change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
my PC not have Av programs my Os is win8 i try fix it from https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/27698133-Connectivity done but it doesn’t work
in my case
before it doesn’t work i can play it 2 days and today can’t

plz help me i need to play T-T

Welcome to my world… all my stuff worked fine a couple of months ago then all of a sudden it stops working… now I cant even patch my game… it just keeps losing connection every few minutes and then just stops patching period and I have to close the launcher and reopen it just for it to patch a little more then repeat…

supporter one here? this issue no way to fix?

I’m having this problem as well. I looked up an old thread and tried the solution at the end that seemed to help everybody, and it didn’t work. I then decided to test other games that I don’t play anymore. They work perfectly fine, but I want to play Guild Wars 2, so I tried opening it again, and it still has the same problem it’s had all day. Attached is a screenshot of World of Warcraft logged in and functioning behind the Guild Wars 2 splash window trying to connect. I’ve only been playing Guild Wars 2 for a week or so, but it’s been working fine up until today, and I really liked it, so I hope this isn’t how it ends.

Successfully logged in this morning. My game just needed a 36 hour break I guess. I’ll let you know if it happens again.

i uninstalled and reinstall but client doesn’t work same that issue (Connection error)

Ya I have the same problem, my game worked fine last night and now I get " Connection error detected, Retrying" Please Help!

I have had the same error message before not sure if it is the same problem for you guys but in my case it was my router. For me all I had to do was unplug the router for a few minutes then turn it back on and the Connection Errors message would be gone and I could load up the launcher Hope this helps and very sorry for you if it is something else.

i was unplug the router for a 2.30 hour and turn it back but is doesn’t work Connection Errors message not gone i can’t Launcher and Install game it’s no hope for me 4 day pass
i really want to play T-T look like no one can help me Orz

Thank you , i tried bypassing my rounter already it’s doesn’t work but i never connecting by wirelessly and Mobile. U can tell me it work ? what i need to connect wireless, hotsport (from smart phone yes?) to my PC how to for me ty.

I have tried unplugging my router and switched form wifi to wired connection and nothing changed. and launching from “C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe”

Not sure why but the game is working now! whoo hoo, now downloading and update. maybe that’s all it was.
