Having the same issue, the purchase was successful but my code isn’t being recognised in their systems. I feel somewhat cheated lol
Same issue. i saw on another post that people have accidently created new accounts, instead of adding to their old ones. i hope that isnt what happened here.
^ To be sure, you logged into my account page and added it there under Game Content add a code? If that is what people are doing and the code still does not work then it is a separate issue that customer support will have to address.

Yes, I just had this same problem. I bought PoT and HoT together and already submitted a ticket as well. The serial key on the other add-on I included went through fine though.
They just sent me a new code for the two expansions, so hopefully people are having similar results
