Guild Wars 2

Upon trying to log in this morning I found my account information was invalid. This wasn’t possible seeing as how i had it set to auto-play with the info saved. I wasn’t able to find my serial code (which I later did) so I submitted a support ticket. I retrieved the account and changed my password once i found the serial code.

I logged in to find the character I created ( Whouden) gone. Only my first remaining. Was this a roll back issue? I made and played the character from 0 to 12 yesterday. Or was this the act of a nefarious account hacker??

I’m new to the game so there wasn’t much progress lost, not the end of the world, but a bummer indeed. I was just curious if I could get some insight as to the nature of these events so I know how to proceed. Thanks!
