Do you mean you have had no response other than the automated ‘Thank you for your request’?

If so, it seems there is some backlog because of a high volume of Support Tickets. You can post your Ticket number in the pertinent Sticky in the Account Support sub-forum if it has been more than 72 hours since submission.
