Q:
Pretty bad FPS for a 780 Ti
post a screenshot of your ingame settings.

Hard to say at this point, but if changing the load your GPU has to work with doesn’t affect the fps, your issue is probably in the CPU. That’s what’s limiting the performance in this game anyways, it requires a miracle from your processor.

So true. And I don’t think anyone should be running this game with ultra settings at this point.
FXAA should be disabled
Reflections need to be sky/terrain only.
Char limit should be Low or Medium (This is VERY VERY VERY CPU driven, the higher this setting the more work your cpu MUST perform)
Char quality should be Medium or High (semi CPU limiting)
High Res textures should be disabled
Which is why I wanted to see his ingame settings. he could also be running vSync with the Fram Limiter (Both those options enabled, weird things happen)

I use sweet FX for AA
Run everything on high/ultra with the exception of reflections(off)
I run highest/high for character limit and quality with supersampling.
Make sure that your Nvidia Control Panel settings are ok. And turn off the framerate limiter ingame.

Why don’t you OC a bit? No sense running your chip at just 3.9 :P
