I bought the Primeval Armor way back in 2013 and when the new wardrobe system got introduced i lost the armor set from my wardrobe. I have the history from when i bought yet Costumer Service chose to ignore my request to unlock me my primeval armor set.

Nice marketing tactic. Not gonna buy again, i will make sure of that.
