Yes me too, disconects, long loading etc all since yesterday morning.
Are you with Virgin Media by any chance?
I’ve run a few tracert’s and found packet loss regualy. I phoned Virgin media last night and was told by the “tech support” thakittens my ethernet cable. Now I’m not an expert but the loss is happening on the same hops every time.
Might be an idea if you are with them to ring their “tech support” (quotes deliberate) or the support for your own ISP

My ISP isn’t Virgin Media but 470ms latency for me when I logged out last night. That’s more than triple what I’m seeing in other titles and far worse than usual for GW2. Raised a ticket for this issue.
I’m having the same problem, even if I managed to sign in and it loads the map. The moment I try to leave the map it wont load. Also I’ve been unable to msg anyone on my contacts list or anyone in the guild.
