Guild Wars 2

The Guild Wars 2 installer is stuck on the installer screen with no prompts to install. I waited almost an hour now but still stuck. Any way to fix this? I tried to re-download the installer but no luck. I am on a Mac btw.

I don’t have a mac, but looking at the above vid, that is not the installer screen. You need to click on the Guild Wars 2 installer link in the top right corner and a new window will open.

Thank you very much! I never tried to click on the GW2 icon in the corner lol. Everything is working now

Yeh…that’s just poor UI design. I noticed that when trying to redeem my HoT code. You need to handhold people thru these things ANet. I realy don’t want to have to guess what I’m meant to do next.
