Guild Wars 2

I having a problem with my headset when playing GW 2 the in game sounds will not come through the headset only through the speakers and I have changed the in game sound settings so the audio device is set to headphones but when I do that no sounds comes out and I’ve restarted the game and computer but with no luck and every other game I play the sounds come through the headset. Anyone got a solution?

I’m assuming its a USB type with built-in soundcard or somerhing?

Can you change the default audio to your headset in windows before running GW2?

Tried no luck even disabled the speakers still nothing and i got turtle beach X12 btw
