Guild Wars 2

Hi, there is a large number of users in Spain that have problems connecting/playing the game. All of us have something in common, our ISP is Ono, a Spanish company.

I believe that the problem may be with Ono’s network, but I think it may worth to investigate on your side as well.

These are the symptoms that we have:

• Most of the times we cannot login. We get errors 42:1000 or 7:1000.
• If we can log in, we have extreme lag, and eventually we get kicked out.
• Pinging the GW2 servers in Germany works just fine, and the response time is normal, no sign of packet loss.
• Using the command line parameter “-clientport 80” to start the game does not show any difference.

Really needs fixing please. I cannot even play… crashes on the loading screen. Or I can get in game and then crash 2minutes into the game.

Please fix

+1 Now even chaging the ISP the account is still not connecting. This is so frustrating.

It only occurs with GW2.. no other game has problems
