Guild Wars 2

I bought yesterday a new laptop: https://www.asus.com...rabooks/G550JK/.
Enything i do is working fine, except guild wars unfortunately.
When I for example push “m” to see a map it doesnt work. Like a lag or smth (im sure it isn’t a lag) I have to click buttons like 3-4 times before it start to work. Like : mmmmm and then map pops out. The seccond problem is that some actions i do with my mouse (lmb) like changing buttons binds, for exaple i like to haave skills from 6 to 9 put in qezxc. I coulden’t do that because it don’t respond like a double clikck to gw2. Same thing is with opening boxes from dungeons, i can do it right now only by clicking rmb and use. Maybe some of you know how to fix my issue. After i finihsh i would like to say that im sorry for my english >.< Ik it’s rly bad.

This actually sounds like some massive lag, and not an actual keyboard / mouse issue.

Are you running on a very busy WiFi / Local network? If possible, connect to your router via Ethernet and see if you have the same issues.

It is not that imo. I would say it is a lag when my skills won’t appear or appear little longer. But it feels like no lag at all, only like my keybord buttons were broken (but they aren’t, i can do all the things not connected to gw2 fluently) and my lmb don’t work in some parts of game. Pleeeease help me :O

Why does everyone just assume it’s lag right away?
It’s definitely not lag. I have had the exact same issue for months, which has made the game completely unplayable. And yeah, it’s the exact same symptoms, keyboard mashing, double-click failing, etc. Only standard mouse commands work 100% of the time. Tried to submit a ticket in the game itself but there’s no category for it.
And again, it’s not lag when I’m running at <100ms and everything else in the game still runs smoothly and interacts cleanly with me.

Lol. Its definitely not lag. I’ve had this issue too. Only with my integrated touchpad of my laptop. Since I almost always use an external mouse which just works fine I never submitted a ticket.

My keyboard works fine though.

To eliminate the keyboard issue try an external keyboard if you have a USB keyboard if the problem still happens then I’m thinking is something else maybe skill lag.

I’m having the same problem. it makes GW2 practically unplayable.
Is there really no way to fix this ?
I think it was 2 months ago i played and it worked perfectly fine on my new laptop and now suddenly i have this problem.

I just got back to the game and I’m having this issue too. I’ve tried using an external keyboard, and that did not alleviate the issue. What did solve my issue was disabling NVIDIA Shadowplay. So if any of you guys use that, try turning it off.
