Hello.

I have really strange problem.

When I try to log in via: “https://account.guildwars2.com/login” I can not login. No matter how hard I try to enter my account information correctly.

But when i try to log in via forum I can log in, and then I can also access my account. I can also log in to my game as well and play it.

I’m pretty sure that I’m entering my login information correctly because I double check it every time.

So can any1 else confirm for me that they can’t login as well or is it just me ?

Just to double check, when you are logging in, are you using your email or your display name (Baldovin.1392). It’s your email and password.

I’m using my email and password.

So,
I can login to the game and play it,
I can login to the forums, and via link on the forum I can access my account, but,
I can not log in to my account when I go through that official web site.

so has any1 else tried it ?

Do you get an endless cycle of log in pages?

I was having that problem a few days back for several hours. It finally ended by itself. What you are describing sounds like a bug. There is a ‘Forum And Website Bugs’ forum. I posted there to notify about my incident and I recommend you do the same.

I get this massage: “The account name or password you entered is invalid. Please check your information and try again.”

But I know I’m entering it right, because I can login to the forum -.-

Well I’ll try to post this under: “Forum and Website Bugs”.

But I was hoping that some1 will try it out and confirm it. So that I know it’s not just me.

I tried it and no problem so probably a bug. The forums do seem to have some glitches.
