Hey all

Need help with a problem please, I have downloaded Guild wars and i can log into the main screen fine, but when i get to choose my “Medals” it just stalls and i get a error Saying, something about transaction in progress and it has lost connection. Everything is fine with the internet.

Any help is Great!

Could you provide us with the crash log?

Should be named: ArenaNet.log or Crash.dmp

Also, the information you provide minimal. What does it say exactly when losing connection? Is your hardware able to run the game?

Hey

Yeah it says losing connection when i log in also something to do with transactions or something O_O cheer sfor the crash log didnt know about this, will try and have a look!

Im not sure if my problem is that the servers are busy or something because everything correctly works up untill that point. When trying to choose a Medal if i remember correctly

Still hard to say without the logs.

Yeah, i will try and get the logs, I have disable stuff on start up and i have also downloaded game booster which has halfed the CPU or w/e it has worked quite a lot, because it does not get as hot also i have taken some eggs out of the packets and robbed the bottoms of the packets and gave the laptop like 2-4 inchs of room to breathe. Hahaha, just annoying when it gets hot….
