Dear people,

I have encountered a problem recently.
At first i couldn’t login to my account saying that my password was invalid for some reason…. So i changed my password and logged in after that. When i came in the character select screen, I saw that 2 of my characters were deleted and my best character was changed into a female and was much stronger too… So i wanted to go into the server but it denied that and said that the game client can’t get into the server or something? And after that it shuts of the game….

So My question is… what the hell is going on, and if someone has a answer or solution for me?:/

Sounds like you were hacked.

You need to scan your computer for security problems, also checking for keyloggers. You might want to also change the password for your email. Once your computer is secure you should contact support, at the top of the page, and make a ticket. If your account was hacked you can request an account restoration which will rollback your account to a previous state from before the hack.

Thanks! I noticed that i indeed got hacked… I looked at the IP adresses who logged in at my account and one of it was a different IP that is somewhere in Fremont, US… I don’t live there. I have changed my passwords and scanning my computer. Any way i can get rid of this guy? I Also have that app right now for the iphone where you need the code from you’re mobile to login. Would that help?

Once you’ve gotten set up, yah having that phone app should keep him out. Good luck with getting your account restored.

Change the password on the email associated with the account as well.
