Processor question
According to the information I found, that processor is able to overclock itself to 2.5ghz when necessary, which means it would probably make the minimum requirements at least. So, it should work. Your mileage may vary on what kind of experience you have, though. Still, it couldn’t hurt to try.
It’ll run the game, but I wouldn’t have too high expectations when it comes to performance.
The AMD-A series are APU’s designed to provide better integrated graphics support, but it comes at the cost of CPU performance, which means these laptops do ok in games that aren’t very CPU dependant, but they tend to fall flat on their face in games that are CPU heavier like GW2 is.
As said, the laptop should be able to run it (as in, the game should start), but performance maybe be quite low due to the CPU bottlenecking the hell out of everything.

spare pc is an X3 2.1 with a 550tisc and it runs gw2 mint at 30-35 fps steady

So is the card im using better than this card? If so then i should be ok right?
What if i lower graphics, will this improve cpu performance?

Going to test tonight, im hoping this processor will run it.
it will probably ‘run’ the game ..but i doubt you will enjoy playing it . The FPS will be horribly low.
