Hello.After the purchase of the PF deluxe edition, I would like to know more precisely the timing of the calculation of precious crystals, or maybe I do not understand something and they already came along with the other objects. And still, I would like to be specific, they should have been immediately charged or come in the in-game mail in the form of some kind of coupon Which later would need to be activated. If you do not complicate, could you clarify.
The Deluxe edition does not come with the 4000 gems; the Ultimate edition is the one that comes with the gems. If you ordered the Ultimate edition, then note that the gems take up to 72 hours to be applied to your account. You won’t get them in an in-game mail; they’ll just be applied to your gem amount (you can check this by just opening the Gem Store in-game).
