I requested to change my email address on my account.

I provided ALL information requested by the form in the Support Ticket process to include the serial number of my copy of the game.

The response I received was that they need a copy of my receipt to verify purchase!!!

What the heck is that all about? I’m supposed to save a purchase receipt from many months ago in the off chance that I might want to change my email address?

This is ridiculous.

I just received a second response after my reply to their receipt request.

They changed my email address for me after my response.
