Howdy. I bought HoT on Wednesday, almost 48 hours from now, and haven’t received the 4000 gems that comes with the $100 version. Now, I know that it says it can take up to 72 hours to receive them, but I did some research and this was due to some fraudulent purchases made on HoT’s release, and some people get their gems immediately. So, I submitted a ticket to make sure everything was alright, and got a response saying my account does NOT own HoT. I was surprised considering I have all of the expansions features unlocked in game, can glide, and can even level my masteries, so i’m pretty sure I HAVE HoT. I am in the process of waiting for a reply from the friendly GM, but I wanted to get some feedback on the forums and see if anyone has had this problem and what the solution was.
P.S. The GM asked me for the Order ID and the email used. One email is on the account, but I also gave the email used for the purchase.

Only the CS Team can assist you. Gems from the Ultimate edition of HoT often take 72 hours, or more, to arrive.

The gems come after 72 hours, the only people who got them straight away where those who bought HoT before anet changed it, after that update, no one gets the Gems before 72 hours.

Anet holds the gems for 72hr to protect the game economy, scammers and gold sellers were charging the game on bogus credit cards buying accounts, getting the gems, and changing them into gold to sell for real money. The 72 hr is to make sure there is no fraud going on, be patient you will get your gems.
