Guild Wars 2

I have been getting lvl 80 exotic pvp gear from chests and when I use the “Deposit All Collectibles” feature in my inventory they disappear. Does anyone know if they are getting stored somewhere or is this a bug

*It’s happened twice now,
*And i’ve checked the collectables and normal part of my bank and cant find them

1: Go to pvp (the two crossed swords in the top off your screen)
2: Travel to the heart off the mists
3: Optional: do the tutorial if it is your first time (you can skip by running to the portal on the other side off the tutorial area)
4: look into the pvp locker where these are stored.
