Hi, a week ago, I submitted a anonymous ticket which number is 1227524, because I had lost my e-mail account, I was waiting the answer for my ticket, meanwhile I was trying to recover my e-mail account, so I did it, I recovered my e-mail, but this e-mail due the time I lost it, it’s no longer my main e-mail account, so I was wondering if it’s possible to change for another e-mail account?

I actually just changed my email last week. Took a couple days as I had to wait for anet to get to my ticket. You need to prove ownership of account. I had to give account name as you see on forum ending with four numbers, a character name, cd key, current email address of the account, last four digits of CC I used on last payment (if made any)

Basically send in a support ticket, there is a specific category just for account email changes. Provide as much info as you can, the more the better.

Just to clarify….Account Names are the email address associated with a game account, and Display Names are the name chosen shown on the forums, etc. that end with 4 digits. =)

OP…you can submit a request to the CS Team and ask for assistance with changing the email address associated with your game account. Make sure to fill out all the fields you can, and it is mandatory to choose an option from each drop-down menu to avoid an error. Top/Bottom of Page – Support – Submit a Request …or rather, just update your existing ticket.
