Guild Wars 2

I have an old account that I forgot my password on and no longer have access to the serial code for that account. Due to the fact that I really wanted to play, I bought another copy of the game (which I am now posting this thread on). I wanted to ask if ArenaNet could reset the password of my old account without me having to use the serial code, considering that I no longer have it.

They can help you, but they will need a lot of information from you that you should not post on the forums, you should contact support direct using the support option at the top of the page and tell them what happened via that.
