You can contact the CS Team to change your Account Name (email associated with your game account). ‘Support’ link above/below – ‘Submit a Request’
You need not access any emails sent with the purchase of HoT if you purchase through the website or in-game, as long as you want to associate the Serial Key with the account you are using to access the Gem Store.
The only thing sent to the email on file is a copy of the Serial Key and a receipt of your purchase for your records, but you can just write down the number(s), if you use the website.
