The window for a response from CS is 3 days (72 hours). If you have not received a response after 72 hours you can post your ticket number for review in the “3 days & older” sticky thread.

Yes you should get an email. You should have already gotten an automated email when you submitted your ticket. If you didn’t get that check your spam folders.

Okay, thanks so much for answering, I cannot see the email saying that I have submitted the ticket in any folder though.
