Hello,

I have not had any issues with the client crashing before now in the last 50 days. Since the last 3 days i have had the client crash 3 times while I’m inside a dungeon. I believe this is fro the latest patch but i’m not sure if it’s it. I’ve attached the only ArenaNet.log in my gw2 document folder. Maybe it’s because the game does not try to reconnect after a brief signal loss. Hope someone can help. To me its not a big deal because it doesn’t happen often enough for it to be an issue however, I’m probably not the only one with the problem. also here are the specs to my rig

apart from your display drivers being a few months old, there’s also the mention of depth buffer being disabled (which may be related to the drivers)

Scan your hard drives for errors but i’m banking on a ram problem. I’ve never had the game crash.

to do proper hdd scan for errors
start>run>cmd in the cmd window type “chkdsk /f” without the " marks, enter, y , enter.
restart.
run ccleaner
test game.
if you have multi drives, you need to check each of them, but only the boot drive must be done via a restart

would be nice if the gw2 crash log included the module in the crash, since more often then not its some rogue dll or a bad hook from dxtory, or kaspersky security.

I’ve got a Crucial M4 SSD, I would rather not risk screwing it up while performing a test. I didn’t have any other client crashes prior to the last patch. Most of the time its in a dungeon, or in a dragon event where there are a lot of animations. From what i can tell it’s totally random because most of the time my game is fine. 3 crashes in 50 days are pretty good imo.
