Hi All,

My game randomly crashes with an error report that I have saved on a word document. It was rather long, so I was unsure if I should post it or not.

Anyways, I suspect my problems are related to graphics as sometimes the game will recolor the npc’s to a strange mix of yellow/blue/green. The maps will also do that on occasion as well.

I also tried to submit a ticket through the Ask A Question on the support page, and all of my internet browsers crash when I attempt to attach the two logs to the ticket. I’m pretty unsure what I should do next. Any advice would be welcome.

Can’t say for certain, but “OOM: arena” sounds like an out-of-memory error.

What were you doing prior to the crash?

Wandering around in towns and the country-side.

Ran the ram and the hard drive tests from Microsoft, and they came up error free. Perhaps I need more than I have currently.

If there aren’t any other ideas, should I contact customer service directly since I still cannot get the support/ticket website to upload my logs? Should I send them copies of the logs in my initial email also?

RAM does not look like the issue here. My system memory used is higher than that.

My game crashes too but its when I link stuff to my guild in WvW, says Im missing textures…atleast I know its not a hardware issue since my computer is not a year old and regularly tuned. Although if I run my game and test my ram it will sometimes fail it..but if I close the game or reboot it passes.

Definitely not RAM related on this one in my opinion.
