Just built anew computer tested all the parts tested with differnt parts drivers are up to date ssd is clean.
I randomly crash all the time sometimes its a nonresponsive crash and sometimes i get a report the report will say cant read memery 00000000d0 or something like that. And lighting ran out of room for new bolts.
Ive sent in about 30 crash reports in the past two weeks to have heard nothing back ive sreached everywhere for an answer to find people with the same issue and no answer. I have done everything and i need this to be fixed

I sent in a few tickets a week ago and have yet to here back

If you have submitted more than one ticket for this issue, you need to close all tickets but the original, and only update the original. Submitting duplicate tickets will slow down the process and send you to the back of the queue.

Submitting bug reports in-game will garner no response, as indicated on the ‘Bug Report’ window. Submitting crash reports will garner no response, as well.

If it has been more than 72 hours, you can post the number of the original ticket in the Sticky above, ‘Tickets for Review’.

Im talking to the support team and not seeming to be going anywhere i juat wanna play the game

Its funny to think that an incharge answer the other question, but no questions like this one. I know you are reading this. i waited for like 2 hours afk in teq to be disconnected 3 times when the teq arrives with those error codes blah blah blah, and not even one word of information or advice? The problem keeps on occuring for 4 days now since the rollback!

Pretty much im getting kicked out of dungeon fractal groups cant do zones or bosses or just play getting kicked many times per hour same errors. The best i can get is update drives repair game run on low in a small 720 480 window.

No coder help no real answers. I just want to enjoy the game
