Guild Wars 2

So i have this problem. I get disconnected from the game servers after a while. First the game stops taking any commands and i see other players running in one spot and i cant use my abilities however i can move normally. Then it takes me back to the character selection screen with an error message and I can join the game again with no problems.
This hasn’t been a huge issue for me but it is fairly annoying to get kicked out of the game while in WvW or an “epic” event. Is there any suggestions how i could prevent disconnecting?

You might try posting over in the Tech Support sub-forum, as this would not really be an Account Issue. Also, posting your error code may be of some help.

I posted a similar thread last night, the couple people I talked to in game with this issue also have time warner as there ISP. Is your disconnect happening at a specific time as well?
