I’m experiencing many disconnects during spvp
either when a solo queue match pops, normally when the notification
is displayed that the system has found a match or during a match
and i think it has to do something of how the team rosters load.
Anyone who played spvp knows that sometimes when a teammate dies,
his hp bar at the edge of the screen will disappear and reappear as full.
I think the disconnects appear sometimes when the game tries to
refresh the roster.
That would also explainwhy i get d/c’ed before the start when the game loads the roster.
edit: disregard that. i just had a d/c totally at random! again…

Any suggestions? Firewall is down btw, I tried that one already.
Maybe i should add that the screen attached was after my last d/c which put me
to character select.
Normally i get a blackscreen with a notification that the client lost connection to the server and i have to alt f4 out and restart the launcher.
After that the game will fail to connect to the login servers twice (timeout i guess)
and i can log in again at the third attempt (every time)
Getting the same error code as OP and crashing out to the character select menu seemingly at random. As far as I know, it started yesterday. If it matters, I’m an Oceania player on the EU server Aurora Glade.
Same problem here. I originally thought it was my crappy connection, so I guess it’s kind of a relief that it’s not a problem on my end. I’m in Canada, but apparently my friend in Australia is also getting disconnected a lot.
Glad it wasn’t my connection either, I have the same problem. I can play for about 20 minutes are so and then it kicks my back to character selection, if I go back in I start having graphics issues. Any one else have that too?
I’m experiencing this, too. It happens on and off after every patch and for the last week it’s been making it so I can hardly play the game. My boyfriend is sitting on the computer next to me with no problem, whereas I am kicked every five minutes with this error code. I’m in California. I only play PvE. So. Frustrating.
ETA: My FPS is like 40-50, so this isn’t a “too much bandwidth” thing, either. At least not on my end…

That indicates a network (or security software) configuration problem on your computer. Unfortunately, some network issues can be very difficult to troubleshoot.
You can give the following software a try (I have not tested it, so be careful):
I use an older program called Winsock Repair 2 by Rizone, but I can’t seem to find it anymore (I didn’t do a lot of searching though). If you can find that one, I can vouch that it does work.
Edited to add: I did find a version of it, though it’s slightly different than the version I use:
same exact thing ..have sent numerous reports in.. had the ip guuys out and everything is great. I can play every game on my comp but this one.. last patch messed something up and I havent seen anything from arena net posted for a fix
Yeah, I dc to the character select screen and then can immediately reload a character and play. The time frame is between around 15 seconds and up to spans of 20 minutes. Only happened to me recently. About the time of the last patch.
I’ve had the same issues starting around the Halloween update and now when I select a character it loads and then d/cs me after like 2 seconds with this error code 7:11:3:191:101
contact technical support, they will help you figure out what is causing the problem. for me it’s a routing problem, tele2 in sweden seems to have technical problems. for about three weeks now i have frequent disconnects.
