Ok here my problem i was selling an exotic helmet for 7 gold in the shop i got this item for clearing a map so the item selling failed and i got no money is there a way that i get the item/gold back please iam new and have not much money >,>

I also lost 60 Shards of zhaitan when I finally got to log into the game after the error the game was giving me.
