Guild Wars 2

I hade a few issues with my pc today so i decided to clean my pc and errase everything, now i need to reinstall GW2..but when i try to do that i get an error ( see pic)

I don’t understand what it says, but I would guess your anti virus is blocking the download.

Might be UAC is blocking access or you need to be a local administrator on the system to run / install the program (or download the DAT file). Try starting GW2.EXE with administrator privilage (or make your user a local administrator).

BTW, this mostly an English speaking forum, so translating that error for us might get some better suggestions.
