So i decided to repurchase the game a couple hours ago and i linked my new serial number to the old account that is apparently closed and i can’t login? is this something i can fix myself or is this something i have to wait for customer support for?

You will have to contact CS, as you can’t apply a new serial code to a closed account.

It shouldnt let me do that then… in fact this account that i “closed” is the one im posting on… i sent them a ticket a couple hours ago hope to hear back

I think a lot of this depends on why (and how) the account was “closed”. If it in any way relates to a CC charge cancellation, chargeback or refund that account may not be recoverable (but if you are in fact posting from it’s login, I don’t see how that is the case…or that is even closed at all).

In either case, Support is going to have to clear this up for you and good luck.

Thanks yeah i bought the game when it first came out and i refunded the game because i didn’t like it at launch i started playing on my friends account for some time and enjoyed it quite a bit again… i repurchased the game since it is currently on sale and i linked it to this very profile, re downloaded the game and all patched up and cant get in.

If they are not able to make the game accessible with this account again the only thing i can see being a solution is a possible refund of the 25 dollars and rebuying and starting a whole new account…

the reason i figured i was able to play on this account is because i was able to access the forums from this account…

I agree the fact that you can’t log into the game but can post here is a puzzle…..
