You can update your ticket with more information that might lead to confirming you own the account.

I write everything in this tickets so idk why Polly don’t like me! I try write third and next and next and next.. And i hope they change it.
Having problems with email change as well, told I was in queue an hour ago in the review thread now my ticket is gone with no emails from support. Not sure what the issue is because I listed in my ticket all my acct details like serial number credit card and etc.

If you’re getting a response that indicates that the team cannot help you, then it could be that research indicates you are not the original owner of the account. If you’re using a second-hand account of some kind — given, resold, stolen, whatever — then you’re not the original account owner and we are not able to offer you any support services. Only the proven account owner can make changes to an account, for security reasons.
If you are the original owner of the account and you’re unclear about the matter, update your ticket to request further information.

Thank you Gaile. After few emails its start looking better.
I had the same problem today, after entering all info except my gw1 serial (which I don’t have anymore),and I am the original owner (though at the time of purchase it was my nephew writing -maybe he put his name instead of mine), still, everything else is there. What am I supposed to do in the future if I need to authenticate !?
PS. Nvm, I managed to access my current e-mail again, problem solved.
