Received 5 mails with 15 gold in them from 5 different accounts

Hi, few days ago I received five consecutive mails each with golds in them from five different account when I was in the game. I took the 4g from the first mail by mistake because I thought it was from the Heart reward but quickly realized it wasn’t.
Soon after that, more mails coming in and I was unable to return any of the mails back to the sender, it has this error message saying “Mail is not available at this time”, and if I try to do a reply back, another error message came up saying the character I am mailing to does not exist.
The mails stopped after 5 mails, and about 10 minutes later, I received this mail(attached picture below).
So I came to the conclusion that these must be accounts that got hacked and the hacker sent those gold to me as a temporary holder.
As of now, apart from the 4g I took by mistake, which I have not spent, there are still 3 mails with a total worth of 10 golds(I managed to return 1 mail with 1 gold in it immediately when I received the mail and it was the only mail that I could return) sitting in my mailbox which I cannot do anything about them. I do not want to take them and I can’t return them back to the sender.
What can I do about this? I do not want to get banned for this.

Wow, lucky or unlucky you (depending on how you look at it).
I think your best bet is reporting this through the Support section on the website, though I would make it absolutely clear your account hasn’t been compromised and that the farmers sent the money to you by mistake.
What you could do in the meantime is detach the money from the mails and deposit it in the bank so you can’t accidentally spend it. That way at least there’s no chance of it returning to sender when the mails expire.

I did post in the Support section, but it has been 6 days since and still no response.
Deposit them in my bank sounds like a good idea, I will definitely do that right away
