Guild Wars 2

Hi! I just spent like an hour creating my character and when I was finally done, it didn’t show it on the character selection screen. I exit the game and reopened it to find myself having to go through the process of creating it again. This wasn’t really that big of a deal until the very end were I had to choose my name and it wouldn’t let me choose Dolus, which is what I originally wrote. So the name was registered but I cant play with it? The error message I got was “Dolus already in use” 29:6:6:416:101.

I want that name. Is there a way to recover it?

Great. I just created another character and the same thing happened. HELP.
