Can anyone tell me for sure if Reflections settings affect anything other then water?

yes, the ground and sky. if you set reflections to all, it will reflect the water that is actually under the ground.

best settings for reflections is either Sky/Terrain, or Off. Not all.

I don’t think you understood my question. What I meant is if there anything in the game that will be reflected besides from water, materials like steel or something else.

Also the best settings for reflections would be “All Reflections”, if your pc can handle it.
