Refund Issue
I had to just call my bank, they won’t do anything otherwise.
Come Monday it sounds like that’s what I’ll have to do.
I have been trying to get a full refund for this game since before it was released. It started with my digital CE items not functioning and at this point with little legitimate correspondence from you, I just want a refund. I’m ready to just go through my bank and call it a fraudulent charge. I do not care about difficult launches or technical difficulties or PR that makes Bernie Madoff look like Santa Claus. I simply want the refund I’ve been requesting. Call it over reacting if you want; I paid for something I haven’t received and that ticks me off like a kicked badger. It’s been a long time and still no fix and that’s enough.
Your customer service people have to play go-between when it comes to the players (your customers) and whatever you call the team working out the bugs. I realize that they have a lot prefabricated emails to send to people when they’re confronted with all of the tickets they receive. The one thing they CAN do that has nothing to do with any of that is issue refunds to the people that legitimately desire and deserve them.
